The Guardian II Assessment you are about to take has been developed to identify talents within you. This assessment will in no way constitute the total basis for hiring. The assessment will merely serve as one of the tools in helping us evaluate your strengths in relation to this position. We encourage you to answer the questions as rapidly and honestly as possible. It is important to be candid and direct when answering the questions to ensure the best possible outcome.

Please note this assessment can take up to 60 Minutes for completion. Be sure to have paper and pencil or pen available for note taking during the assessment.
